The Porsche 911 GT2 RS is officially the fastest and most powerful road-legal 911 ever built.

Its 3.8-liter, twin-turbocharged H6 puts out 700 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque.

It's rear-wheel drive only, and the sole transmission is a seven-speed dual-clutch.

It'll hit 60 mph in 2.7 seconds and keep going until it hits 211 mph.

A hefty portion of the exterior body panels are made of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic.

The interior is an affair swathed in red Alcantara suede, black leather and carbon fiber.

The interior features carbon-fiber sport seats and a half-cage in place of the back seats.

An optional Weissach package drops 40 pounds of curb weight for the low, low cost of $31,000.

Arriving at dealers in early 2018, the GT2 RS will set you back a cool $293,200.
