The 2019 Toyota Sienna offers huge space and lots of safety
With a new complement of tech including Apple CarPlay and Amazon Alexa, the 2019 Toyota Sienna keeps the swagger wagon in the race.
This is the second refresh for the current-generation Sienna. (These pics show the 2018 Sienna; the model didn't change much for 2019 and new pics weren't available at the time of publishing.)
It couldn't come at a better time, as the segment in 2017 featured two brand-new minivans from Chrysler and Honda.
The Sienna's main exterior upgrade is a new front bumper with a massive grille.
The Sienna still uses a 3.5-liter V6, and output remains the same at 296 horsepower and 263 pound-feet of torque.
It remains the only minivan in the segment to offer all-wheel drive.
Entune 3.0 adds optional navigation and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Toyota has added its Toyota Safety Sense-P suite of active and passive safety systems.
It includes adaptive cruise control, lane-departure mitigation with steering assist, automatic high beams and autonomous emergency braking.
Best of all, it's standard.
The 2019 Toyota Sienna should be at dealerships this fall, and pricing has not yet been announced.
