A First Order ride
As part of Fiat Chrysler's tie-in with Disney, here's a Stormtrooper-themed Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack.
This isn't a special edition that you can pick up at the dealership -- these cars are, sadly, for marketing purposes only, and will likely return to plain white cars in a month or so.
Black vinyl covers the doors, front fenders and part of the fascia.
The Charger still retains all its important bits, like LED running lights, giant alloy wheels and Brembo brakes with red calipers.
A few white vinyl overlays cover parts of the glass to complete the Stormtrooper aesthetic.
Thankfully, the 6.4-liter, eight-cylinder engine continues to emit a hellacious sound from its tailpipes.
The changes might be minimal, but it definitely gives the car some extra aggression.
The Charger R/T Scat Pack's engine puts out 485 horsepower, all of which is sent to the rear wheels by way of an automatic transmission.
The interior is completely unchanged for this special Star Wars Charger. Only the exterior rocks the Stormtrooper getup.
Unsurprisingly, kids love seeing this car rolling down the street.
If you own a white car, all you need is a trip to your local customization shop to get your own Star Wars-styled vinyl job.
Despite the large power output, the R/T Scat Pack is staggeringly inexpensive, starting at a hair under $40,000.
Very few cars provide the horsepower-per-dollar figure that the Dodge Charger can.
Even without the vinyl, the Charger looks mean as hell.
Why, yes, we are taking this to see "The Force Awakens."
