Sporting a detuned version of the Dodge Hellcat motor, this truck isn't here to play around. Well, actually, it is, especially if you're in the dirt.
When you're a subsidiary of Fiat Chrysler, you put a Hellcat motor in your product. It's what you do.
In this case, the Rebel TRX concept sports a detuned, 575-horsepower, 6.2-liter, supercharged Hemi V8.
It's the most powerful Ram 1500 ever built.
And it's meant to beat the crap out of the ground beneath it.
The 4x4 system utilizes a BorgWarner 44-45 transfer case with four different modes of operation.
The rear axle is a Dynatrac Pro 60 unit connected to 35-spline, 1.5-inch axle shafts.
The suspension utilizes 2.5-inch bypass shocks with the stock mounts.
Of course, it's absolutely littered with TRX decals and badges.
Sadly, it's just a concept, so it'll never go up against Ford's Raptor, which is a shame.
Then again, there's absolutely nothing stopping you from spending a boatload of cash and building one of these yourself.
