Porsche Macan Turbo's new Performance Package should make it even better to drive

If 400 horsepower wasn't enough to cure what ails ya, perhaps a bit more will seal the deal.

There's always room for improvement, and the Porsche Macan Turbo's new Performance Package highlights that pretty well.

Output is bumped up to 440 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque, rising by 40 hp and 36 lb-ft.

0-to-60 is down to 4.2 seconds, and top speed is up to 169 miles per hour.

Porsche's also added bigger brakes, measuring 390 millimeters in diameter.

Two formerly optional packages are now standard as well -- Sport Chrono Package and a sports exhaust.

The Macan Turbo with Performance Package costs about $10,000 more than a standard Macan Turbo. And that standard Macan Turbo ain't cheap to begin with.
