Jeep creates 75th Anniversary special editions for every vehicle in the lineup (pictures)
To honor nearly a full century of continued existence, Jeep is rolling out a 75th Anniversary edition for every single vehicle it produces. Each will come with its own unique kit, some of which are based on already-existing trim levels.
All these special-edition models come with different prices and levels of equipment. What they all have in common, though, includes available green paint, bronze wheels and accents, special exterior badging and an exclusive mesh seat fabric.
The 4x4 variant of the Jeep Compass 75th Anniversary Edition costs $24,475.
Standard equipment includes remote start, a power sunroof, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and 18-inch alloy wheels.
The Jeep Patriot 75th Anniversary Edition will cost $22,475 in 4x4 trim.
Standard equipment on this fancy Patriot includes 17-inch wheels, a power sunroof, an automatic transmission and remote start. The Patriot and the Compass special editions share a good deal of kit.
For Jeep's ubiquitous Wrangler, you can pick up a 75th Anniversary edition for $34,575 ($38,375 for four-door Unlimited models).
Unlike the Patriot and Compass, the Wrangler 75th Anniversary comes loaded with features, including a Dana 30 front axle, a Dana 44 rear axle, rock rails, heated leather seats, a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a body-colored grille.
If green doesn't suit you, you can also have this special-edition Wrangler in black, gray, beige, white, silver or another shade of gray.
This car is just 48 variants short of a "50 Shades of Grey" joke.
Let's hope you like contrasting stitching, too.
Jeep's 75th Anniversary badge is embossed into the Wrangler's leather seats.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition will run you $36,775 for the 4x4 model.
None of the prices mentioned include $995 for destination, by the way.
Changes for this Grand Cherokee include a totally-new front fascia and grille, black body accents, a power sunroof and FCA's 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen infotainment system.
The 75th-anniversary badge hearkens back to the brand's first vehicle in 1941.
Yes, even the diminutive newcomer Renegade is getting in on the special-edition action.
The MSRP for the 4x4 Renegade 75th Anniversary Edition is $25,375.
Upgraded equipment is sparse on the Renegade. Along with the aesthetic enhancements, you'll get a Beats audio system and Jeep's MySky removable roof system.
Once again, we hope you like orange stitching.
Lastly, the Cherokee 75th Anniversary will set you back $29,875.
This one comes packing a dual-pane sunroof, a new seating material and an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
