If you want a bit more power than your average GLE-Class SUV, but don't want to go all out with a full-on AMG model, this should be right up your alley.
The Mercedes-AMG GLE43 slots between the standard GLE350 and the hot-to-trot AMG GLE 63.
The GLE43 rocks a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 engine.
Output is rated at 362 horsepower and 384 pound-feet of torque.
Both a nine-speed automatic and all-wheel drive are offered as standard equipment.
Standard safety systems include Attention Assist and Pre-Safe, which prepares the car for a collision by tightening safety belts and rolling up the windows.
Optional safety systems include adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking and lane-keeping assist.
The GLE43 features mild aesthetic updates that help separate it from the GLE350.
All the hardcore aero is saved for the GLE63, though.
There's no word yet on how much the GLE43 will cost.
That said, the GLE43 is set to hit US dealerships in early 2017.
