Honda's new CR-V is headed to dealers.
In addition to finally sprouting a hybrid variant, the refreshed CR-V also sports updates to its aesthetics and tech offerings.
Under the hood of the CR-V Hybrid is a 1.5-liter turbo-four.
It makes 6 horsepower more and returns an estimated 2 miles per gallon more than the outgoing engine.
The new engine is mated to a mandatory continuously variable transmission and the buyer's choice of front- or all-wheel drive.
The 2020 Honda CR-V will go on sale this fall, but if you're angling for the CR-V Hybrid, you'll have to wait until early 2020 for that one.
There's also a hybrid model, but Honda hasn't released info on it yet.
Inside, the center console gets a makeover in the name of ergonomics.
Honda said the USB ports are easier to access and there's more storage space.
