2019 Ram 3500: The divine dually
Just because the heavy-duty Ram 3500 truck is designed to tow and haul with the best of them doesn't mean it can't be pretty as well.
However, at some point, you're going to have to drive your truck unladen. That is, with an empty bed and no trailer behind.
The 2019 Ram 3500 comes onto the scene with a killer 35,100 pound tow rating.
The good news is that there are plenty of ADAS features to make driving this nearly 22-foot long truck easier.
The bad news is that you'll pay extra for things like blind-spot monitoring and a 360-degree camera.
Dual rear wheels and a beefy rear axle help bear any extra payload, but can transmit even the smallest of bumps into the cab.
An available 6.7-liter Cummins turbo diesel engine puts out 400 horsepower and -- get this -- 1,000 pound-feet of torque.
Our top-of-the-line Limited tester has standard heated and cooled front seats, and heated rear seats.
Also standard on top trims is the giant 12-inch portrait oriented touchscreen running Ram's excellent Uconnect infotainment system.
2019 Ram Heavy Duty pricing starts at $33,395, but our tester with the higher-output diesel engine and a bunch of other fancy options tops out at $87,810. Keep scrolling for more photos.
This thing could probably tow the US Capitol.
