2019 GMC Sierra AT4: An upscale outdoorsman
Built for venturing off paved roads, the new AT4 trim level beefs up the already-rugged 2019 GMC Sierra.

GMC's Sierra 1500 was already pretty beefy, but the new Sierra AT4 variant is even burlier.
The suspension has been lifted by 2 inches and is damped by off-road-tuned Rancho monotube shocks.
Externally, the AT4 distinguishes itself with body-color bumpers and grille surrounds.
4WD is standard and features a two-speed transfer case and a locking rear differential.
The MultiPro recursive tailgate is also standard.
The 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 goes on sale in the fall, and pricing will be announced closer to that time.
Red tow hooks and other trim bits add a splash of color to break up the monotonous black scheme.
GM's 5.3-liter V8 is standard, but a 6.2-liter V8 and a new 3.0-liter diesel I6 are available upgrades.
