Looking luxurious with the 2018 Mercedes-Benz S560 Cabriolet

The S-Class has long been the luxury benchmark for Mercedes-Benz, with a ton of features and technology.

The semiautonomous features go beyond mere adaptive cruise control. The Benz also has a steering assist system that can take on sweeping curves on the highway and a lane change assist that does all the work once the driver signals.

The optional Curve tilting feature can lean into turns up to 2.65 degrees to actively counteract bodyroll.

For 2018 Mercedes-Benz opted for a 4.0-liter V8 that puts out more power than last year's 4.7-liter. The new engine is good for 463 horses, although torque remains the same, at 516 pound-feet of twist. 

Inside are two side-by-side 12.3-inch screens. The gauge cluster is configurable while the center screen runs the Comand infotainment system.

Small touchpads on each side of the steering wheel can be used to navigate Comand, although the traditional dial and large touchpad between the seats remain.

This red leather interior is the shizznit 2.0.

The $3,500 Premium Package adds infinitely adjustable seats, with active bolsters and massage.

The Energizing Comfort system is new for 2018. Drivers can choose from six presets that customize the HVAC system, active seats, music, ambient lighting and cabin fragrances for maximum relaxation.
