2017 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 is a leaner, meaner Colorado
Chevrolet took a good truck and made it great.

The 2017 Chevrolet ZR2 takes to the air with ease. Just call it the ZRWhooo-hoooo!

The truck excels in the dirt but thanks to the new Multimatic shocks, it has zero compromises on the pavement.
The dampers may look a little funky, but you can take paved corners quickly with minimal body roll. Five minutes later you can be flying through the air and feeling like you're landing on a cloud.
The ZR2 has 8.6 inches of wheel travel in front, 10 inches in the rear.
Rock crawling? Don't mind if I do!
The ZR2 is available in a short or long bed, crew or king cab.
You should pass on the accessory spare tire mount. There are better space-saving ways to carry a spare in the bed.
The ZR2 is available with a 3.6-liter gas-powered engine with 308 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque. Or you can get your oil-burner on with a 2.8-liter diesel engine, knocking out 181 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque.
The 3.6-liter powerplant gets a new eight-speed automatic transmission. The diesel comes standard with the six-speed automatic from 2016.
The interior of the ZR2 matches the standard Colorado. It's not a bad thing, especially when you consider the MyLink system comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The two best buttons in the world. One to lock the front differential and one to lock the rear.
