Somebody needs to check on Carfection: Our week on Instagram

Seriously, Alex takes one week off and the whole outfit just disappears into the ether.

Some weeks are busier than others. For some of us, this wasn't a very busy week -- well, "not busy" in the sense of interesting things that can be shown off on Instagram. Some intro paragraphs for Instagram posts are better than others, as well, if you haven't already figured that out. So, um, follow us on Instagram! Or don't. I'm not your mother. But I'd prefer it if you do.

Roadshow's week was all over the place. Nick and Tim spent some time getting up close and personal with Ferrari's 488 GTB at Lime Rock, where the weather danced between "sort of pleasant" and "of course it would pour balls on the one day we rented out Lime Rock." Emme and Nick got down and dirty with a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Jon is driving the Lexus IS 200t, and I can tell it's him because his Instagram pictures are always off-center. Emme's driving a Jaguar F-Pace riddled with gremlins. No, seriously, we have to give it back.

As for Carfection...has anyone talked to them? They didn't post a single thing this week. I've sent up signal flares, dispatched smoke signals and released our pack of bloodhounds. I fear the worst. Wait, didn't they say they were all attempting Mount Everest simultaneously over the weekend? Oh, dear. Somebody call a helicopter, ASAP! Ah, never mind, they're probably all dead already.

Anybody want to work for Carfection? We have some openings all of a sudden.
