Mustang Convertible proves its worth with the top down

CNET Car Tech reviews the 2010 Ford Mustang Convertible.


We were eager to try out the 2010 Mustang that arrived in our garage, but it quickly disappointed with its hard plastic door panels and sluggish power train. Sync always pleases us, and we had no problem plugging in an MP3 player and pairing a Bluetooth phone, but the audio from the Shaker sound system was hollow and muffled.

But all was forgiven when we got the car on a coastal highway, put the top down, and blasted '70s rock. The ride seemed to smooth out and the purpose of this car became clear.
