Jeep Renegade 'Dawn of Justice' Special Edition brings Batman, Superman to your commute

Unlike its promotion in Star Wars, this one involves a movie where cars actually exist.

Not only is the car very dark, its pictures are, as well!

If there's one thing Fiat Chrysler gets excited over, it's movie tie-ins. The company rolled out a few promotional vehicles for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," and now it's turning its attention to a movie where cars actually, you know, exist -- "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."

The 2016 Jeep Renegade "Dawn of Justice" Special Edition is a pretty straightforward special-edition vehicle, focusing mainly on a blacked-out aesthetic. It's available in either granite crystal or carbon black colors, the former receiving a two-tone gloss black roof. Both versions receive 18-inch gloss black wheels, gloss black exterior trim pieces and a special exterior badge.

Inside, the focus on monochrome continues with a mostly black interior featuring black cloth seats and a mixture of gloss black and metallic trim finishes. It's based on the Renegade Latitude 4x4 trim, so you get four-wheel drive, the larger 2.4-liter engine and an automatic transmission. The car also comes with remote start, a power driver's seat and dual-zone automatic climate control.

FCA says the "Dawn of Justice" Special Edition will go on sale at the end of February, costing $26,250. Using Jeep's online config tool, a similarly equipped Renegade Latitude (minus the unique stuff) comes out to $25,985, so that's a pretty small bump in price for the special edition.
