BARCELONA, Spain -- Magellan showcased it's Echo fitness smartwatch at MWC 2014 which at $149.99 won't put a huge dent in your wallet but is intelligent enough to sync with iOS devices.

The Echo uses a simple LCD screen to alert users to app-based data from an iOS device. For example, the watch can pull info from popular fitness apps such as Map My Run to display workout details in real time. The gadget can also tap into its on-board GPS sensor to track your activity, speed, and distance travelled.
