Joytech's Neo Se Advanced Controller for the Xbox 360 is strikingly similar in design and size to the 360's "official" controllers -- which is a plus as it means it also shares the same comfortable, ergonomically pleasing feel. The Neo Se's come in two colours - chill (beige) to match the 360, or dark fusion (black).

The Joytech controllers feature all of the buttons of a normal 360 controller, although it has shunted the Start and Select buttons off to the left hand side of the unit as opposed to flanking the Xbox Guide button on the middle. The main downside is that the Neo Se is a wired controller (as opposed to wireless), although its 3m cable does feature a special break-away mechanism which should quickly detach itself from the console in case of emergencies.
