Belkin NE-TL top-loading notebook case

The Belkin NE-TL top-loading notebook case features dual expanding pockets, a strap to secure it to rolling luggage handles, a Velcro front flap, and the Stuffbak service, but the bag's hard sides make it difficult to use.

Though the Belkin NE-TL top-loading notebook case shares many features with the Belkin NE-07 notebook bag, among them the dual expanding pockets, a strap to secure it to rolling luggage handles, a Velcro front flap, the Stuffbak service, and a lifetime warranty, the NE-TL's name gives away the major difference: the notebook area is top-loading and has its own zippered area. In addition to the padded holder for 15.4-inch, wide-screen notebooks or smaller, the bag has rigid sides for additional protection. Unfortunately, these make it particularly difficult to get a laptop in or out and limit your ability to put anything else in the laptop compartment. If you're absolutely set on a top-loading case, consider the NE-TL, otherwise look to the NE-07 notebook bag for its more convenient notebook section.
