The Moneual Rydis UV-C Vacuum Cleaner U60 sheds some light on your carpet
The Moneual Rydis UV-C Vacuum Cleaner U60 is a handheld vacuum with a 600-watt motor that uses UV light to disinfect surfaces and fabrics. Its design looks a little clumsy, with a bulky front and the handle placed on the upper, rear portion of the device. You control the vacuum with two buttons: Start and Mode. An LED icon panel displays the available settings, which you select by pressing Mode until the desired setting is highlighted.
The U60 has three settings: Mode One with vacuum, vibration, and UV; Mode Two with vacuum and UV sanitizing; and Mode Three with UV sanitizing alone. Mode one is for your most heavy duty-cleaning, and the vibrating panel supposedly works to agitate allergens (caused by dust mites) quickly out of the carpet or fabric and into the bin.
I appreciate the fact that you can change the cleaning modes, and especially like the Mode Three option. The real hallmark of this product seems to be its UV-C lamp and Moneual’s promise that its product kills 99 percent of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, E.coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, in 1 second. The ability to use the UV light without the vacuum functions adds appeal to this product, as it would enable you to disinfect bedding and other fabric.
