Fujitsu LifeBook T4000 review:

Fujitsu LifeBook T4000

The LifeBook T4020's battery clocked in at 4 hours, 9 minutes, which puts it only 3 minutes above the average for all tablets and 47 minutes behind the HP Compaq tc4200. Neither tablet could best the ThinkPad X41 Tablet's 5-hour, 25-minute battery life. While a 4-hour battery life is quite respectable, power-hungry users might want to consider purchasing a $149 battery for the LifeBook T4020's swappable bay; Fujitsu claims it will give you a total of 8.5 hours of battery life (CNET did not test this battery).

The Fujitsu LifeBook T4020 comes with a standard one-year International Limited Warranty (you can upgrade to three years for $179.95); a year of onsite service costs $49.95. The warranty includes 24/7 toll-free technical support, and the Fujitsu Web site lets you chat live with a support technician. We used the site's chat feature and also the toll-free number to fix the problems we encountered at setup. In both cases, response time was fast, and the technician was thorough in researching and diagnosing the problem.
