The oven includes a Culinary Center that asks you to make selections about what you're cooking and will then set the temperature and settings.

You can select the temperature you want your Jenn-Air to reach before it changes the temperature of your Nest. You can also select by how many degrees you want the Nest to adjust.

The oven's connection with the Nest was very responsive during our tests. And when you turn off the oven, the Nest returns to its original set temperature.

The biscuits at the top photo baked in the top oven. The biscuits in the bottom picture baked in the bottom oven. The bottom biscuits were lighter than the top, especially the biscuits that baked in the front corners.

I baked these biscuits in the top oven with the convection fan turned on. The sheet of biscuits that baked on a higher rack (top left picture) were lighter than the biscuits that baked below them (bottom left). The pictures on the right are color representations of the brownness of the biscuits.

I broiled these hamburger patties in the top oven. These are the average times it took each burger to reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. The burger that cooked in the back-right corner cooked the fastest.
