Performance
Monoprice delivers on performance with the IPS-Glass Panel Pro.
The angle
Good viewing angles and sharp gaming graphics are the norm here.
Foot with toes
The monitor's foot stand features four "toes," and depending on how well it adheres to the surface, you're either in for easy swiveling or swiveling that's a bit more challenging.
Explaining
Ah, yes. My last caption was a little cryptic. Let me explain. See those four circles at the ends of each of the toes? Those don't always work so well.
Culprit
When they do work, swiveling is accomplished without much effort. Otherwise the monitor slides around like a BMW in the snow.
Buttons
The buttons are on the underside of the panel and are too closely bunched together, making it sometimes difficult to know which you're pressing.
Connections
From to to bottom: power, audio, HDMI, DVI, VGA, and DisplayPort.
Annoying
The power cord uses a dongle design. Good for easily detaching the monitor from power. Bad for accidentally detaching the monitor from power. Hmmm, or maybe it's good for that, too.
