Three-in-one

Sprint's just-announced Tri-Network Hotspot, made by Sierra Wireless, will give you 4G data on its LTE or Wi-Max networks, depending on what's available where you are. If something goes awry, it'll fall back on 3G (EV-DO). Pricing and availability are still up in the air.

Height

Why is it so big and bulky? The 3,600mAh battery keeps it going longer, and is especially intended for frequent or prolonged use.
