A bit weightier
Though the body has a little less volume, it's still a few ounces/about 70 grams heavier than the A6000. That shouldn't make a difference, though.
Display
The LCD hasn't changed from the A6000.
Mic jack
Sony added a microphone jack to the camera; the A6000 used the hot shoe for add-on mics.
Same bad spot
The record button hasn't moved from its awkward location.
Back
The biggest change here is the autoexposure/autofocus and manual/autofocus switch, which the A6300 inherits from other A series cameras.
Mode dial
The mode dial is more streamlined, with fewer automatic mode variations and two direct-access custom settings.
