Shady video game console emulators at CES 2009--photos
One of the interesting trends we saw at the lackluster gaming showcase at this year's CES was an abundance of Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Sega Genesis hardware manufactured by third-party companies. But is it legal?
The most popular console we saw was the Retro Duo, offering NES and SNES playback.
Here we see a portable Sega Genesis player next to one that lets you take NES games on the go.
These "game consoles" sure do look familiar.
This portable NES console called the FC Mobile 2 can also connect to a TV. It even comes with wireless gamepads and Zapper knock-offs.
The Retro Duo controllers clearly resemble Super Nintendo game pads.
Quite a line developed to play some classis NES titles.
