The Sanyo Vero doesn't get the highest call quality marks, but its user-friendly design and functional features make it a decent handset for basic communication.

The Sanyo has a minimalist design with smooth lines and a flat shape. It's not much, but we liked it.
The monochrome external display is no bigger than a postage stamp, but it shows the time in large font.
The Vero's keypad buttons are flush, but the backlit numbers are pretty big.
The Vero's plastic skin doesn't feel very sturdy.
The Vero's reverse hinge means that its front flap opens behind its rear flap.
The vero's volume rocker and Micro-USB port sit on its left spine.
