Muve Music, Take 2
The Samsung Vitality is a rebrand of the Samsung Admire for MetroPCS.
It's also the second phone eligible for Cricket Muve Music, and the first smartphone to offer up the service's all-inclusive plan for music download, ringtones, and ringback tones in addition to the carrier's unlimited talk, text, and data rate.
Made of Gingerbread
The Vitality runs stock Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and has a 3.5-inch HVGA touch screen.
Muve Music
Although there's no button on the phone's face as there was with the Samsung Suede, it's still easy to switch to the Muve Music interface (shown here.)
Muve it
Cricket has co-opted the convenience key that triggers the camera function on the Admire, and turned it into a dedicated Muve button.
MicroSD card
The Muve Music phones require a proprietary microSD card for the service to work. The Vitality comes with a 4GB card preinstalled, but there's only 1GB remaining for personal use. You can buy an 8GB Muve card to get 2GB of free space for photos and video.
Side view
As with the Admire, the Samsung Vitality has ribbed sides.
Back view
On the back is the 3.2-megapixel camera. The Vitality comes in bright red.
