The Samsung SyncMaster T27A950D is one of those HDTV/monitor doohickeys you've probably seen before. With this latest model Samsung applied a lot of the knowledge it has gleaned from designing its HDTVs. The T27A950D shares much of its design with the S27A950D, which is a regular computer monitor optimized for gaming. The T27A950D is optimized to be a movie player. It plays 3D movies and has a feature that converts 2D movies into 3D. If you're into 3D games, though, you'd be better off with the S27A950D or lower-priced S27A750D. Check out the full review of the T27A950D here.

As 27-inch monitors go, we've not seen thinner. Heck, even compared to 23-inch monitors this is incredibly thin. Check out the full review of the T27A950D here.

The foot stand looks smooth and clean enough to serve sushi on. Should have thought of that sooner. Would have made for a great photo. Check out the full review of the T27A950D here.

The back is maybe even more impressive than the front from a design standpoint. That serial number sticker, however, is an eyesore. Check out the full review of the T27A950D here.

The remote has a much simpler design compared with previous Samsung monitor remotes. Every function you'd want to enact can be accomplished from here. Check out the full review of the T27A950D here.
