LTE for some

U.S. Cellular covers about 25 percent of its customer base with LTE at the time of this review, the carrier says, but plans to expand to just over 50 percent of its market by the end of 2012. Customers roaming outside of the home network are limited to 3G, rather than 4G speeds.

Sleek and familiar

On the road to LTE

An important second LTE-ready smartphone for the carrier, the GS3 follows the Samsung Galaxy Aviator in delivering 4G speeds.
