Samsung Galaxy S II (T-Mobile)
The Samsung Galaxy S II is one of T-Mobile's first smartphones to support its faster HSPA+ 42Mbps network. It's available now for $229.99 with a two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
Features
Other features of the Android Gingerbread smartphone include a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 16GB of internal memory, an NFC chip, and Netflix support.
Design
T-Mobile's Galaxy S II boasts a 4.52-inch Super AMOLED Plus touch screen, which is both spacious and gorgeous. However, this also makes for a bigger handset.
Slim profile
The good news is that the smartphone is only 0.37 inch thick, so it's still a pretty slim phone.
Top view
A 3.5mm headphone jack sits on top of the device. The power/lock button has been relocated to the right side.
Back
The back of the phone features a nice, soft-touch finish, giving the smartphone a leather-like texture. Here you'll also find the Galaxy S II's main 8-megapixel camera and flash.
Picture quality
The smartphone's camera took excellent pictures. Even in low-light conditions, photos came out sharp and vibrant.
