The 2017 version Samsung Galaxy A7 sports a beautiful glass look that you won't be surprised to find on Samsung's more premier flagship phones, such as the S7.
The Galaxy A7 feels premium and the brilliant full-HD display is visible even under bright sunlight.
The rear glass is a fingerprint magnet, and you'll have to live with the smudges. You have been warned!
The always on display is handy for letting you know the time and other notifications.
The phone's relatively slim at just 7.9mm thick or 0.31-inches.
The phone uses (what will hopefully soon be the standard on all phones) USB Type-C connector.
The top SIM tray actually houses the second SIM card and microSD card slot.
The speaker for the phone is located on the right, which also ensures that you don't cover it when gaming in landscape mode.
In what appears to be a strange design decision, Samsung's A7 has two SIM trays, and the first SIM card tray is located at the right side. I suppose this ensures that you'll have a slot for the microSD card, but Samsung could have just lumped both SIM card slots together instead.
The rear glass back is shiny and lovely (when not smudged).
The fingerprint sensor is located on the front.
