Samsung Continuum (Verizon Wireless)
The Samsung Continuum is Verizon's second Galaxy S phone, behind the Samsung Fascinate. The Android 2.1 device is available now for $199.99 with a two-year contract and after a $100 mail-in rebate.
Ticker display
The unique aspect of the Continuum is its secondary ticker display at the bottom of the phone. Measuring 1.8 inches, the window shows you basic information, such as time, date, and weather, and also acts a notification system and real-time newsfeed. You can activate just the ticker display by touching the sides of the phone at the bottom.
Design
The Samsung Continuum is smaller than the rest of the Galaxy S models. It measures 4.9 inches tall by 2.3 inches wide by 0.5 inch thick and weighs 4.4 ounces, making it more comfortable to hold and slip into a pants pocket.
The Continuum's primary screen measures 3.4 inches and is Super AMOLED.

Left side
The left side of the phone features a volume rocker and a Micro-USB port. Meanwhile, the right side has a dedicated camera button and microSD expansion slot.
Top view
There's a power button and 3.5mm headphone jack on top of the phone.
Camera
Like the rest of the Galaxy S series, the Samsung Continuum is equipped with a 5-megapixel camera and HD video capture.
Picture quality
Picture quality was quite good. We were happy with the sharpness of photos and color reproduction. However, the flash can be a bit powerful at times.
