Pure Jongo wireless speakers play any streaming music source (pictures)

Pure is launching a new streaming speaker into the US, plus a bunch of new colors in its lineup.

LAS VEGAS -- British tech company Pure is at CES in Las Vegas to show off its Jongo range of streaming speakers. They use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to provide an experience that is very similar to Sonos'.

New for America is the Jongo T4, which will go on sale in the next few months for $299.

You can remove the speaker grille and swap it for a different colored one. Pure says you can choose from "Dazzling Blue, Radiant Orchid, Mango, and Cayenne."

At the back of the Jongo T4 is an Ethernet port as an alternative to the built-in Wi-Fi, a line-in, and a USB port for updating the software.

This is the Jongo S3, a portable 20w model with a 10-hour battery life. It's available now for $199.

Also in the range is the Jongo A2, which upgrades an existing hi-fi with the same functionality as the other products. It's out now for $129.

Pure also announced that its systems will be able to support any streaming music service following a software update that's due soon.
