Plug into the good life with the 2019 Range Rover PHEV
Feeling fancy and green don't have to be mutually exclusive.
Starting in the 2019 model year, there will be a plug-in hybrid variant available in the Range Rover lineup.
An electric motor mates to a 296-horsepower 2.0-liter I4.
Net output is 398 hp and 472 pound-feet of torque.
It can drive up to 31 miles on battery alone.
It'll hit 60 mph in 6.4 seconds before topping out at 137 mph.
The charging port is hidden up front.
It carries all the same updates and features as the standard Range Rover lineup.
So yes, you won't have to skimp on luxury in order to enjoy a bit of the green life.
Since the PHEV Range is still a year away, pricing has not yet been announced.
