The Philips GoGear SA6045 is a feature-filled MP3 player that will suit those looking for good video playback over a compact design.

This GoGear is a bit too bulky for one-handed operation, though it is very easy to use. Our one complaint is that the control pad feels a little cheap.
The player has a built-in mic for making voice recordings, and the side houses a nifty playlist button, a handy control that adds the currently playing song to an on-the-go playlist.
The GoGear SA6045 has a nice, 2.2-inch screen that makes it ideal for watching short video clips and browsing through photos. Too bad there's no album art support.
You won't be able to conceal this player in the palm of your hand, but--good thing for this GoGear--an ultracompact body isn't all that matters in an MP3 player.
Lining the bottom of the GoGear SA6045, you'll find a standard mini USB port, the ever-handy hold switch, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There's also a reset hole, which can be used to restart the player if it freezes.
