Palm Pre Plus
Palm introduced two new devices at CES 2010. The first is the Palm Pre Plus, which will be available through Verizon Wireless on January 25. Compared to the Palm Pre for Sprint, it offers double the Flash memory (16GB) and comes with an inductive back cover so you can use it with a Touchstone dock right out of the box.
Palm Pixi Plus
The second smartphone is the Palm Pixi Plus. It will also be launched by Verizon Wireless on January 25. The biggest news is the addition of Wi-Fi.
Also, exclusive to these two new devices is Palm Mobile Hotspot. A downloadable app will be available at launch that turns the handsets into mobile hot spots. You will need to sign up for a plan, however, and pricing plans were not disclosed at this time.
