Nokia 2680

The Nokia 2680 is offered by AT&T as a prepaid GoPhone. The handset costs $79.99 but you don't have to sign up for a contract. Instead, you simply pay as you go.

Slider design

The Nokia 2680 is largely similar to the Nokia 2600 except it offers a slider design. The sliding mechanism is smooth and the screen securely locks into place.

Compact and attractive

The Nokia 2680 measures just 3.89 inches tall by 1.89 inches wide by 0.61 inch deep and weighs 3.3 ounces. Though it isn't very fancy, the handset is quite attractive with a nice metallic charcoal-gray finish and rounded edges.

Pocket-friendly

With such compact measurements, you'll have no problem slipping the Nokia 2680 into a pocket.

Low-res display

The Nokia 2680 features a 1-inch TFT display with a 128x160-pixel resolution. The low resolution makes graphics and images look pretty poor, but we didn't expect much from such a basic phone.

Navigation controls

Below the display, you get two soft keys, Talk and End buttons, and a four-way navigation toggle with a center select key.

Dialpad

The dialpad buttons are wide but slightly narrow in height, but we didn't have too many mispresses when dialing numbers.

Camera

On back, you'll find the Nokia 2680's VGA camera, which has a 4x zoom and video-recording capabilities.

Poor image quality

Picture quality was pretty bad. While we could make out the objects in the photo, the image was blurry overall and colors looked very dull.
