Sweet, sweet Jelly Bean
Costing a tempting $99.99 (with two-year contract) on U.S. Cellular, the Motorola Electrify M packs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean into a very small frame. Its 4.3-inch AMOLED screen is also colorful but offers a low qHD resolution.
Small enough to grip
The Motorola Electrify M is compact enough to grip easily. It should also pose no problem squeezing into bags and tight pockets.
Camera but no Kevlar on back
On the Motorola Electrify M's back side, you'll find its 8MP camera and LED flash but unlike the Droid Razr M, there's no Kevlar coating here.
Pick a card slot
On the Motorola Electrify M's left side sits slots for micro SD and SIM cards (under a flap). Also placed here is a Micro-USB port.
Headphone jack up top
Like many phones these days, the Motorola Electrify M features a 3.5mm headphone jack on its top edge.
Volume and power
You'll find volume and power controls for the Motorola Electrify M running along its right edge.
A modest camera app
The Motorola Electrify M's camera has some useful scene modes and filters to choose from but can't match the amount of features on Samsung and HTC handsets.
