Minutely lets you contribute to the weather report (pictures)

Minutely's Home screen offers a lot of different data, including a two-day forecast and a 24-hour graph of hourly weather. If you tap on any section, you get even more details.

Minutely makes it easy to quickly submit an icon-based weather report.

If you want to submit more details, you can upload a photo and write a lengthier description of current conditions.

Unique to Minutely is a nifty 3D visualization of radar data. Too bad this map loads slowly and is difficult to control.

The 2D map, on the other hand, performs a bit better. And at the bottom is a slider that lets you see what will be over your head for the next 2 hours.
