Windows 7 launches tomorrow, and Microsoft has been showing off its new OS on a range of laptops and desktops at a swanky London launch.
Although most of the kit isn't brand-spanking-new, it was our first opportunity to get hands-on with many of the new models. First up is the Sony Vaio L11S1E/S, a high-definition all-in-one. With its 3GHz Intel Core Duo E8400 chip, the Vaio's multi-touch touchscreen is supersnappy.
We got our first glimpse of Windows 7 on the Toshiba Satellite T130 too. The T series charge your gadgets while they sleep, and boast 11 hours of battery life. We also saw the HP Pavilion dm3. The keyboard is well-spaced and easy to use.
PC World and Currys parent company DSGi has also announced a whopping £150 off assorted Toshiba and Dell laptops. Anyone trading in their old PC gets £100 off a Windows 7 machine.
