Meet the crazy expensive Huawei Porsche Design Mate RS

The Huawei Porsche Design Mate RS comes with a whopping price tag and top-of-the-line specs. Sporting 512GB of onboard storage, Huawei's Kirin 970 processor, an under display fingerprint scanner and triple rear cameras, is this worth its starting price of 1,695 euros (or $2,100, £1,500 or AU$2,700 converted)?

The Mate RS' 18:9 curved OLED display sports a  2,880x1,440-pixel resolution. There is no notch.

The phone runs Android 8.1 Oreo and features a Porsche Design skin. There's also an underscreen fingerprint scanner. 

Like the Huawei P20 Pro, the Mate RS comes with a triple rear camera system with Leica lenses. 

The Mate RS uses a USB Type-C port. 

The Mate RS is 8.5mm thick. 

The curved display resemble's Samsung's Galaxy S9. 

The rear of the Mate RS is shiny glass as the phone supports wireless charging. 

Besides an underscreen fingerprint sensor, the Mate RS also comes with one on the rear. 

The Mate RS is really a looker. 

The curved edges will seem familiar to Samsung fans. 

In case you're worried that no one knows what phone you're using, fret not, it's right there for all to see.

The bundled flip case is also pretty. 

The textured surface gives the phone a better grip if you're worried about dropping your expensive device.
