The $99 Logitech Keyboard Case by Zagg for iPad 2 is a compact Bluetooth accessory that makes the iPad look like a Netbook from a distance.
Keys are more compressed than they'd be on a full-size laptop keyboard, but typing is far more comfortable than on the iPad's onscreen virtual keyboard.
The Bluetooth keyboard charges via a USB cable included with the case. The iPad 2 doesn't physically connect with the case at all; it merely rests on a recessed stand at the rear in either portrait or landscape mode.
Compared with the Apple Bluetooth Keyboard, the Logitech keyboard is smaller, but we prefer the Logitech case's compact design.
The iPad 2 nestles into the case face down. The aluminum finish is a perfect match, but the case does nothing to protect the iPad's back--and it's hard to get the iPad 2 out in a pinch for casual reading.
The rear plastic fold-up stand clicks into place, but it feels flimsy compared with the rest of the sturdy case design.
