LinkedIn mobile app revamped (pictures)
We take a look at the much-improved (visually and functionally) LinkedIn mobile app. Screenshots are from the Android version, but the same features exist in iOS version as well.
Revamped interface
The updated app's cleaner, geometric interface design makes it look a bit like Google+.
Navigation panel
The sliding panel on the left is customizable, meaning you can determine which shortcuts get screen space.
LinkedIn profile
You can edit your profile and picture right from the app.
Share an update
From the LinkedIn app, you can post a status update to both LinkedIn and Twitter simultaneously. You can also choose whether to share your update publicly or with your connections only.
Weak search
Unfortunately, the LinkedIn app can only search for people. This means that using this app you won't be able to do research on groups, companies, or job openings while on the go.
