LG Realm has a glowing personality (pictures)

In most things, the LG Realm is a generic entry-level Android device. However, an indicator LED surrounding the home screen gives it a little light.

Android for under $100

As a phone, the LG Realm's dominion is pretty cut-and-dry. Its $80 retail price positions it as a bargain for Boost Mobile customers.

Black on black

The all-black phone has a subtle design pattern on the backplate, and dark silver accents along the rim.

Light it up

My favorite design feature by far, an LED light integrated into the home button glows to alert you of items like missed messages and calendar events.

Side view

The Realm isn't especially slim or light, but it's easy to keep a grip on and maneuver one-handed.

Top down

A 3.5mm jack sits on top, where a silver-colored accent encircles the phone.

Camera

The 5-megapixel camera isn't especially sharp or clear, but it does have autofocus and a flash. Other effect, like Panorama and HDR mode, are also built in.

What's inside

Inside the Realm, internal specs are on the low end, even for entry-level phones. Read all the pros and cons in the full LG Realm review.
