The LG LDG4315ST is a 30-inch-wide gas range equipped with a double oven cavity.

There are five burners on the LDG4315ST's cooktop, including an oval burner in the middle designed for use with a griddle. Continuous grates cover the burners.

The UltraHeat burner boiled 112 ounces of water in an average of 10.65 minutes during my water-boiling tests.

The double ovens have a combined capacity of 6.9 cubic feet -- 2.6 cubic feet in the upper cavity and 4.3 cubic feet in the lower cavity.

LG equipped the bottom oven with a ProBake convection fan. With this feature, a heating element surrounds the convection fan for more even heating.
