It looks like the others in the Legion line, but in some ways it's a different beast entirely.

The Y920 has full-size Ethernet, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors -- the latter with support for Nvidia G-Sync -- a USB-C/Thunderbolt and two USB 3 connectors.
It has the same comfortable, concave keys as on most of Lenovo's laptops, though the touchpad seems kind of small for a laptop this size. The red section is the speakers.
