Kwilt has a nice interface layout, but still needs work (pictures)

This app has many features that could make it your main photo app, but still needs some work.

Kwilt for iOS

An ambitious app that wants to fill all of your photo needs on iOS, Kwilt needs a little more time to bake.

Kwilt account

Before you can begin using the app, you'll need to sign up for a Kwilt account. Doing so makes it easy to setup Kwilt on another device, such as an iPad.

Adding services

By adding more services to the app, you'll have all of your photos in one place.

Categories

If you don't like having your photos listed chronological order, you can sort them according to categories provided by Kwilt.

Layout

For the most part, you can gather what a photo is from its thumbnail. There are instances, however, when having all photos displayed using a consistent size thumbnail layout would be beneficial.

Bigger is better

Using Kwilt on an iPad provides for a better experience than its smaller siblings.

Kwilt Capture

This unfinished Kwilt Capture showcases my main frustration with the creation process. The photo on the left side, directly in the middle of the screen, only presents a lamp. In reality, a singer is just to the left of that lamp but I can't pan over or zoom out to display her.

Settings

Kwilt Settings is where you'll find the option to add more services, unlock additional features through in-app purchases and more.
