This chart shows the internal temperature of each oven as one rack of biscuits baked on traditional mode at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes. All three ovens held fairly steady around the 450-degree mark.

This chart shows the internal temperature of each oven as two racks of biscuits baked on convection mode at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes. All of the ovens maintained temperatures lower than 425 degrees for most of the baking process.
