NintendoLand, center of the Wii U universe

E3 is going strong, and we're wandering the floor, searching out the sights and sounds of the gaming world.

At its press conference earlier this week, Nintendo showed off the new world, NintendoLand. It's the "happiest place in gaming" and the center of the Wii U universe. Come take a look inside NintendoLand and the Nintendo booth at E3.

Second screen controller

Wii U features a controller with a second touch screen that provides a secondary play platform within the game. Here we see a view of Luigi's Ghost Mansion on the Wii U controller. Some multiplayer games give a different view of gameplay to the touch-screen controller.

I Got an Early Look at Intel's Glass Packaging Tech for Faster Chips
Rahul Manepalli, right, Intel's module engineering leader, shows a glass substrate panel before it's sliced into the small rectangles that will be bonded to the undersides of hundreds of test processors. The technology, shown here at Intel's CH8 facility in Chandler, Arizona, stands to improve performance and power consumption of advanced processors arriving later this decade. Glass substrates should permit physically larger processors comprised of several small "chiplets" for AI and data center work, but Intel expects they'll trickle down to PCs, too.
