The Huawei Talkband N1 is a Bluetooth headset with a wireless microphone that lets you make phone calls via your smartphone. It will also have an associated app for your smartphone to track your fitness.

The controls are located on the cord. The Talkband N1 comes with 4GB of onboard storage which will let you store approximately 1,000 mp3s.
